| I think Angelica may have a hard time giving up on GMs. It's tough to accept the fact that a once-dedicated member is gone.  Then again, I'm wrong every now and then. >_> | |

Here it goes...
You know GMs who do not turn up for like 6 months or so....
Keep them ... just in case... don't get rid of them ...
They might have something important... for example exams and uni interviews... etc
However,
People inactive for like 8 months onwards.... that's just inactive | |

However we have a rule that they are supposed to give us a notice before they take the time off. (Not sure if Angelica posted it somewhere yet or not.) As you could tell JT and I have posted about our leave of absences. But yes, that is quite a common issue. Or if someone needed a break, we would probably accept them back when they return. We wouldn't say "no, you can't come back."  Glad you did give your input. | |
